Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Items must be free from damage caused after delivery

How to Request a Return

Email us at lumiq.ltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at lumiq.ltd@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
